Hanover Property Co. in partnership with a local family launched development this week of a master-planned community in West Mansfield that will span nearly 900 acres and include more than 1,500 homes at full buildout.
Homes in the community, called M3 Ranch, will range from the low $300,000s to more than $500,000, with an average in the mid to high $300,000s, Ben Luedtke, executive vice president of Dallas-based Hanover, said in an interview with the Dallas Business Journal.
“We’ve done a lot of work in the Mansfield area through the years,” Luedtke said. “We love Mansfield. It’s a vibrant community. You’ve got easy access to the major job centers, great schools, and you’ve got great shopping and a small-town feel.”
